We have already had a couple of quiet weeks at Home. One good thing about hanging at Home is spending more time in my craft room. I will share with you some of the cards that I have made shortly. But for now, lets have a look at the new Just Add Ink Challenge. For this Challenge, I decided to make an Easel card. I had a wonderful day, wandering the gardens and taking in all the glorious sights. I literally took hundreds of photos and they are all so colourful.
So for this card, here is the photo that I picked out. Of course, with a photo like that, I had to used the Timeless Tulip Stamp set. I stamped lots of Tulips in different colours and sizes. So is kinda 3 Easels cards in one. Two small easels in the front and a larger one at the back. This is what is looks like closed.
So if you are hold-up at home, in lockdown or just feeling crafty, join us for this challenge. View all posts by chantell WOW that is beautiful Chantell. I hope to get into my craft room while we are in lock down. Would love to hear from you. Wow, Chantell! The field of tulips looks fantastic, and what a great idea to use an easel card to extend the layers of tulips. Vicky x.Project Life is a fast and easy Scrap booking system. You just slip your photos into pockets and then add extra cards, journal sheets or pre-printed embellishments.
Here is the page or pages rather, that I put together:. This is what they look like together:. The cards and printed acetate frame are from the Memories in the Making Card Collection. My page is all about when the Giants came to Perth.
I looked forward to it for months and saw as much of it as I could over the time is was on — and loved every minute of it. Yes very rich colours on this one. Quite a change to my norm. Thanks so much, Mary. I love how quickly I was able to 'colour' these poppies using the method I did. No need to be too careful either. So love the colouring of the purple poppies just jump right out at you along with the lovely use of the green stripe paper on the dark grey tones in so perfectly.Sephora 10k report 2018

Thank you, Andrea. This poppy set looks great in all the colours, doesn't it? Very versatile. A really striking card Patrice, love the colour combination and the flash of maroon I sometimes leave sentiments off too, for later or the inside Thank you, Robyn.
I love the rich colour of the poppies, and I also love the idea of leaving the sentiment off until later - such a great tip! Thanks, Shannon. Yes unless I'm creating a card with someone in mind, other than general birthday, I like to leave the sentiment off so it can be tailored : x.
